As our affiliated Centers of Excellence, these schools share our philosophy of providing lifelong learning which allows everyone to pursue their personal and professional potential. When employees succeed, their employer businesses succeed. In other words, dealers and industry employers investing in employee education are also investing in their own success. All these schools have extensive relationships with their local heavy equipment and automotive industries. They understand the employee needs of the manufacturers, dealers, suppliers and other industry participants in their marketplace. Key Learning Without Scars subject areas include parts, service, sales, marketing and customer service management. Industry certifications are also offered in these subject areas. Skill Mastery programs are offered in electrical, flatbed truck, marketing and marketing research, and supply chain. Various lecture series offer additional management perspectives. The Employer Partnerships and Workforce Development department at the College of Western Idaho (CWI) connects local industries with the college. It builds customized training programs, expands apprenticeship opportunities, and bridges skill gaps to match regional economic demands. It offers customized employer training, apprenticeship with area organizations, work-based learning and educational pathways alignment with industry and marketplace needs.
Established in Nampa, ID by the Idaho State Board of Education in 2007, College of Western Idaho’s (CWI) vision is to be a best-in-class community college that provides quality, affordable, and accessible education by delivering innovative and cost-effective programming that empowers students, leads to economic and social mobility, and meets evolving community need. CWI is fully accredited through the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities. Accreditation is necessary for any educational institution to prove that they are maintaining suitable standards or quality.

Madison College's School of Professional and Continuing Education department offers non-credit courses, professional development, and personal enrichment classes across South Central Wisconsin and online, catering to adults, career-switchers, and local businesses. Its core program areas include: professional development and leadership, industry and trades training, healthcare and wellness, business and entrepreneurship, and personal enrichment. Its mission is to serve as a TRUE LEARNING community empowering students to succeed.
Founded in 1912, Madison College (officially Madison Area Technical College) is a public, accredited two-year technical college in south-central Wisconsin with an open admissions policy. It offers reliable, high-value, and affordable education compared to may regional alternatives. As part of the Wisconsin Technical College System, it offers over 190 hands-on programs—including associate degrees, technical diplomas, and certificates.
Hillsborough Community College operates the Institute for Corporate and Continuing Education (ICCE) in Tampa. It functions as the college's corporate training arm, delivering short-duration workforce certifications, customized business training, and personal enrichment classes for the Tampa Bay community. Its core program features are: workforce and career training, corporate solutions, personal enrichment, and funding and support for veterans and eligible students.
Founded in 1968, Hillsborough College (HC), formerly Hillsborough Community College, is currently the fifth largest community college is Florida’s State College System, serving more than 46,000 students each year at its five campuses, three satellite locations and online platform. HC offers more than 200 academic pathways – including a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, associate in art and associate in science degrees, college credit certificates, postsecondary adult vocational certificates, advanced technical diplomas and certificates, as well as continuing education and lifelong learning courses – designed to equip students with essential skill for immediate employment, career advancement and long-term success.
