Reporting Portal

Overview

The portal gives authorized organizational users a consolidated view of student learning data.  It supports review at an affinity group, or broader administrative level, depending on access permissions.

Powered by the Learning Without Scars and Zintoro Partnership

Purpose & Audience

The Reporting Portal helps employers, associations, and other authorized affinity groups turn course and assessment activity into usable development information. It is designed for administrators and organizational leaders rather than for general student use.

Employers

Track assigned learning, completion, scores, and timing for employees.

Associations

Review results for participating groups and, where authorized, compare activity across cohorts.

LWS Administrators

Use broader access to support participating schools, organizations, and affinity groups.

What the Portal Displays

The main view presents student course records with a variety of related, column-based data that can be arranged for different reporting needs. Available information includes:

  • Course or assessment name
  • Student or employee name
  • Final score or overall grade
  • Date assigned
  • Status
  • Last accessed date
  • Start date
  • Completion date

Drill-Down Reporting

Users can move from summary records into detailed results for pre-tests and final tests. This supports closer review of progress, performance, completion timing, and assessment outcomes. Where a test includes multiple sections, the detailed view preserves results for each section.

MANAGEMENT USE CASE

A manager can identify incomplete assignments, review how long assigned work has been open, compare completion patterns, and decide when supportive follow-up may be appropriate.

Search, Filter and Personalize

The portal is designed to make large sets of learning data easier to navigate. Users can search for matching student or course names, then tailor the grid to the task at hand.

5) Save the layout

Save useful view settings for repeat reporting, or reset to the default view later.

Access & Administration

Portal access is provided through Learning Without Scars for administrative users by setting up the appropriate account and permissions. The exact records visible to each person depend on their authorized scope. Users may bookmark the Zintoro sign-in page for convenient return access.

Recommended Reporting Practices

Start with a question: Decide whether you are checking completion, performance, timing, or a particular course or cohort.

Use focused views: Show only the columns needed for the current review to reduce visual noise.

Save repeatable layouts: Create a consistent view for recurring management reviews.

Follow up constructively: Use incomplete or low-scoring results to guide support and development conversations.

Respect authorized scope: Use portal information only for the organizational purpose and access level assigned to you.

Summary

The Learning Without Scars Student/Employee Reporting Portal gives authorized leaders a practical way to review learning activity and assessment outcomes. Its searchable, customizable grid and drill-down detail can support timely follow-up, clearer development planning, and more consistent reporting.
