Learning Without Scars offers industry job function certification programs that are unique within the capital goods industries. In order to enter our certification program, the employee has to demonstrate their level of job-specific skills and knowledge via a Diagnostic Certification Assessment.
Though employees have the option to enter certification programs starting with the prerequisite classes or classes at any of the three levels: Basic, Advanced or Master; we highly recommended that students select an entry point based on the score of the Diagnostic Certification Assessment. For those that score on the low end, a Prerequisite Classes Bundle of classes is highly recommended. This bundle includes eight core courses addressing subjects that are fundamental in the service department.
It is important that candidates for certification embark on this educational journey with the core skills and knowledge needed for successful completion. The certification learning content continually builds as the learner progresses through the prerequisite and three levels of certification classes. For the best and most successful learning experience, it makes sense to follow the learning path guidance we offer.
