Description
Welcome to a lesson in Leadership. The tabletop experience is twenty minutes online exercise
that involves a series of straightforward questions designed to provide feedback on how a leader
approaches complex decisions. Once the exercise is complete, the leader will immediately receive
online feedback on their most natural approach in problem solving situations. A leader’s
approach can range from open expansive solutions to time tested pragmatic solutions. The
online feedback will provide the leader with insight into how best to leverage their natural style
to solve organizational problems to achieve the best outcome. The feedback may also point to
individual team members that might best complement them with an alternative approach.
