In order to enter into our certification program, the employee has to demonstrate their level of job-specific skills and knowledge via a Diagnostic Certification Assessment. For those that score on the low end, a prerequisite bundle of classes is highly recommended.

Employees have the option to enter certification programs at any of the three levels: Basic, Advanced or Master; however, we highly recommended that students select an entry point based on the score of the Diagnostic Certification Assessment. The certification learning content continually builds as the learner progresses through the three levels. For the best and most successful learning experience, it makes sense to follow the learning path guidance we offer.
